The Kazickas Family Foundation in Lithuania is looking for a new team member

The Kazickas Family Foundation (KFF) provides support for non-profit organizations for over 20 years in its effort to create a better world for both current and future generations of Lithuanians.

 

KFF's main focus has always been in education, but its grant making efforts also include culture and the arts, social welfare, technology and medicine. Most of the grants are for causes in Lithuania and projects related to Lithuania in the United States. 

 

We are looking for a new team member - PROJECT COORDINATOR.

 

MAIN TASKS:

  • Management of grantee applications, partnership documentation and reporting processes;
  • Management of the office and performance of clerical duties;
  • Administration of KFF’s archive;
  • Assistance with events, visits, meetings, and other KFF activities when required.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in working or volunteering in NGO – will be treated as an advantage;
  • Fluent in Lithuanian and English languages;
  • 1-3 years of experience in project management, project coordination;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Zoom and Google Drive;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
