To find out if your organization meets the KFF Grant eligibility criteria, submit the information below (all fields are required). Make sure you read the information in the section "Instructions and Forms". After the information is submitted, if you do not hear from us within two weeks, we are not able to grant your request. If you get an invitation to continue with the application process, you will be e-mailed forms in the Word format. It may take up to six months for the process until the grant money is awarded. Please plan your organization's finances accordingly.
