Gediminas Lithuanian School Auction

Gediminas Lithuanian School invited guests to a fun Christmas Celebration on December 16th. After the children's performance everyone was invited to a "Grand Duke" dinner and encouraged to participate in KFF Matching Grant auction, fundraiser organized by the school.
School's Principal Jurita Gonta was excited to share their Christmas Miracle:
"Christmas evening was wonderful and school's auction was extremely productive. My heart is so happy!
Gediminas Lithuanian School organized Christmas celebration, which was followed by the auction. After announcing that the Kazickas Family Foundation will match every dollar spent by the guests up to $1,000, people were excited to bid on items. $1,270 were collected!"
The Kazickas Family Foundation's Matching Grant (up to $1,000) program was introduced in 2015 with a goal to motivate Lithuanian heritage schools in the US to organize fund-raising events in order to support their school work. It as a part of the Alexandra Kazickas Grant Program through which KFF has been supporting Lithuanian Heritage Schools in the US since 2012.
