Dr. Joseph P. Kazickas Exhibit Opens in New York

After visiting 9 towns in Lithuania, two very special exhibits made their way across the ocean and will settle in New York during the month of November. On November 1st the Kazickas family in partnership with the Lithuanian Alliance of America invited guests to remember dr. Joseph Kazickas (1918-2014) and his dear wife Alexandra Kazickas (1920-2011) and to learn more about their lives during the dr. Joseph P. Kazickas' 100th jubilee exhibition and "Together for Life" exhibit opening.

Jack Kazickas' Support for Lentvaris and Raguvele Day Centers

Continuing dr. Joseph and Alexandra Kazickas‘ philanthropy, their 11 grandchildren choose the causes they are passionate about and organizations that they can relate to. One of their grandchildren, Jack Kazickas, always deeply cared about children and teen well-being and chose to support Lentvaris and Raguvele Day Centers in Lithuania this year.

A. Kazickas Grant Program continues to support Lithuanian Heritage Schools in US

During the Kazickas Family Foundation September 25th meeting it was decided to continue the Alexandra Kazickas Grant Program for the eighth year in a row. Alexandra Kazickas was deeply committed to the preservation of a Lithuanian identity for young people growing up in the US.

Youth Can" program, initiated and sponsored by the Kazickas Family Foundation, invited program's coaches to a two day seminar. Investing in teachers, coaches, role models for boys and girls is a key element changing their lives.

Kazickas Family Visits "Youth Can" Children

Two of dr. Joseph and Alexandra Kazickas' grandchildren visited children in Raguvele, Saukenai and Alsedziai, small Lithuanian towns, where "Youth Can" program's coaches work with boys and girls building their life skills through sports. They also stopped by in Kamajai, where children will be joining the program this fall.
