Peter Kazickas' new initiative Sprout took him back to Zimbabwe. Peter, together with his friends Aluna and Eli, plans on spending three more months teaching children coding. Right upon arrival they had a chance to be a part of the most important political transition in the country. Here are some of Peter's observations:

Peter Kazickas, the founder of Basketball Power, first visited Zimbabwe and volunteered with the Hoops4Hope program 7 years ago. He fell in love with this country and its people and kept searching for more ways to help the Zimbabwe children ever since.

Veterans Day is a U.S. legal holiday dedicated to American veterans of all wars. Great Britain, France, Australia and Canada also commemorate the veterans of World War I and II on or near November 11th: Canada has Remembrance Day, while Britain has Remembrance Sunday (the second Sunday of November). In Europe, Great Britain and many other countries it is common to observe two minutes of silence at 11 a.m. every November 11.
